Our 11.5" Chrome Line HBAR Flattop Upper starts with our 5.56 chambered 11.5" HBAR barrel made from 4140 chrome moly steel utilizing the CAR length gas system. This chrome lined barrel is attached to our flattop upper and uses our CAR handguards. The upper is fully assembled and all parts are completely made in the USA.
